Bond... James Bond

I recently came across a 1978 20 ga. wingmaster with the fixed full choke. Guy is looking to sell but neither of us know what kind of value to put on the gun. I would say condition is good with a few minor scratches in the stock that are barely visible. Bluing is almost perfect on the barrel still and doesn't look like it has been shot much. Any ideas on how much I should offer to buy it for which would be fair to both of us? Thanks in advance.
