Everybody in this laughably awful movie* is pretty bad
But special mention must be made of Michael Caine. Sometimes he's Cockney, sometimes Jethro Bodine, sometimes a bizarre mix of the two.
*Filmed in BR, resulting in a widely reported incident when the cast tried to check into The Bellemont, which would not permit the black actors to register.

The best Southern accents in a movie hands down belong to Smokey & The Bandit.
Obviously Jerry Reed and Burt Reynolds didn’t have to act. They just spoke in their normal voices.
Jackie Gleason nailed his “accent” absolutely perfectly.
Mike Henry admittedly sounded a little more like one of them effeminate Ole Miss types than a Texas waddie.

Black Hawk Down
Ewan McGregor, Jason Isaacs, and Orlando Bloom all have surprisingly bad accents.

Chris Klein in Sweet Magnolias
Bonus pts for being an overall horrible actor to boot.

Absolutely.
I also always get a kick out of Reese Witherspoon at the end of Sweet Home Alabama when she punches Candice Bergen and goes redneck girl. She flips that switch easily.

Best - Coach Brian Kelly saying Fam-uh-ly
Worst - My wife started watching a show with Saul Berenson from Homeland so I joined and couldnt get through the first scene with him doing a southern accent. It was kind of a Knives Out ripoff - Death and Other Details.

I hope someone already said this, but the winner is Kaylee Frye from Firefly

Jordana Spiro and Julia Garner (both New Yorkers) in Ozark. Both with sub par southern accents.

The show was overall decent but his voice was so grating I had to struggle to finish the series.

I was watching an episode of Boy Meets World last night and thought this was the worst I have ever heard.
