Let’s see who testifies under oath in this trial.

There's more than enough smoke out there that he did something with both Daniels and McDougal. You don't go through all the hoops he did for the NDA's otherwise. I seriously doubt Trump just gave them money just because. Its hard to believe a guy who handled the Access Hollywood tapes as well as he did by simply admitting he said it and that it was 'locker room' talk and it was a mistake could frick something like this up. He should have just nipped this in the bud from the start with something like "yes, I had an inappropriate affair it was a mistake" and you nor I would even be discussing this now it would be forgotten. Instead, he dug in on a lie which rarely ends well.
FFS Ron get your head out of your arse. Who in their right mind would be worried about a lawsuit like this in the past? He buried this info. legally. This corrupt admin. dug it up with some incredibly weak lawfare that will be shot down with a quickness. In a normal world everything about this ordeal would not matter.

All three are known liars. How are we to believe any of them at this point? Its not just Cohen and Daniels that have credibility issues its Trump as well he's not above telling some whoppers.
Care to share these "whoppers" with us? Cannot wait for these. I bet you have some that will make Biden's look rational. Please share them.

When can we expect the 2020 election to be voided?
When BLM rioters who attempted to burn down St. John's Episcopal Church adjacent to the WH, or a Federal Court Building get the J6 treatment.
When the entire GA Judiciary apologizes for blithering incompetence in various illegal "no standing" rulings which stopped electoral investigations, then left litigants with no remedy when the idiots' illegal findings were reversed.
When SCOTUS apologizes for claiming TX had no standing in TX v PA ... the worst SCOTUS ruling since Dred Scott (including Roe v Wade).
That's when you can expect WI officials to do the right thing.

Link it you liar. The exact opposite of what you claim is the truth. As per usual.
None of you Trump nut-huggers believe anything that paints Trump in a negative light.
So, there's no point in linking to any proof that Trump is a two-bit criminal.

Let’s apply this to you Biden supporters. We have him on tape bragging about bribing a foreign official and have bank records showing Biden and his family members receiving millions of dollars from foreign entities. We even have witnesses like Tony Bobulinski corroborating that Biden is corrupt.
Assuming it is true that Trump paid a porn star to STFU about them fricking, tell me how that affects your life! Assuming that Biden is an international criminal that is taking payments from foreign entities, wouldn’t a reasonable person conclude that those payments can affect foreign policy decisions which affects your life?

Why are these trials going on simultaneously?
Even someone accused of a serial murder don’t have this happen.
Or a serial rapist like Weinstein.

quote:Where is the fraud? Okay, so the payment was creative, but if there was a crime it was the blackmail by Stormy. Is the peg that NY State AG hangs its hat on that he converted a personal expense (blackmail) to a tax deductible expense? If so, aren't both tax deductible as a blackmail payment is considered a loss.
No. It's fraud-based.
quote:Forbes
The taking of money or property through fraud or misrepresentation is theft if it is illegal under state or local law. For businesses, paying ransom or blackmail is likely to fall into the wide category of business expenses. In fact, many taxpayers try to find a business connection to virtually any legal mess. Most legal settlements in business are tax deductible, even ones that are unusual, such as Charlie Sheen’s $10 million blackmail. Even that could be deductible.
Seems like it's all about the Dems getting even that they couldn't use the blackmail payment to cost Trump the election
