This, to me, is no different than if they had put up a sign praising BLM. If they are that passionate about their social/political beliefs, I will gladly make note of it in my decision-making process.

Yeah I can see that. In reality I'd probably support them just to keep it from being a failure and thereby victory for the left, but my "heaven" isn't some place with constant Trump/conservative/anti-lib messaging, it's just a place of normalcy free from leftist influence and messaging (which is conservative by default, but I digress).
I'm not even really bothered by places being outwardly political. Hell, I've probably patronized more outwardly left-political than right-political places over the years. I'm just not a huge fan of the whole 'if you don't think exactly like me, you can frick off' mentality coming from any perspective.

Never understood this approach. Take their money is the least you can do

Where this grill is this is the equivalent to the Chik filet concept of not serving food on Sunday. I bet it will work for them.
If it's the Appalachian Grill in Cartersville, GA - and I believe it is - mixed bag
Just my opinion, but I'd put the locals at 2/3 Trumpers, 1/3 hippies
The weekend visitors and second home owners probably 50/50 split
Either way putting up a sign like that is stupid. Just tryin to get a sandwich bro, don't care about your rant

I don't know that I like that shite anymore here than I do when the left tries to pull it.
I was genuinely pleasantly surprised to see someone say this here.
There is hope for you yet.
This is tribal populism, and you are correct. It used to just be the left eaten up with it, but now the right is joining them in populism hell.
It's not good.

I notice he mentions cost and labor but doesn’t mention their profits. Curious.

I’ve eaten here quite a few times. The food is usually very good.
That being said, this is not a new occurrence. The owner is well known for his inability to control his anger and has popped off his mouth many times. His wife had enough, divorced him and bought the restaurant across the street from his. It’s called Ate Track.

Maybe. But one is based on emotion and fear while the other is based on hard core reality of horrible policies that is ctually destroying the lives of hard working people

The poster in OP is based in ignorance, fear, and stupidity.

This is already triggering all of the leftists on this board... I'd say the sign is working

People really need to stop depending on the federal government for security and happiness.

Appalachia - top of the mental food chain
Funny where Trump appeals to now
More and more rural

Why does his profit margin have to change? Is he supposed to go out of business or just go into enormous debt for the good of humanity?

Do you mean the loans which were practically forced on small businesses because the government made them shut down over what is effectively the flu?

We've got posters on here that have flat out absolved Trump and his Administration of any of the Inflation woes. Its all Biden. Same thing with Illegal Immigration. None came in under Trump they all came in under Biden.
