Democratic lawmakers and advocacy groups have pressured President Joe Biden to take steps to protect immigrants in the country illegally as Biden simultaneously considers executive actions to reduce illegal border crossings.

The American Radical Left cannot afford to allow Trump to beat Biden in November. They will work to beat Trump by any means necessary.
I think that they have a good chance to succeed. The trajectory of the destiny of the USA is set. The Left need the USA for its Global Mission. Some fat orange crazy outsider who is a bit narcissistic isn't going to stand in the way.
Even if Trump manages to win and serve another term as POTUS, they will stonewall and delay him until the clock runs out.

Interestingly, NY's highest court kinda already addressed this bullshite when it struck down NYC's effort to let illegals vote in local elections.
I could see him do this in July so as to make it difficult to get any judicial relief before the election (SCOTUS would be out of term until October and by then MILLIONS of mail in ballots would already have been sent in).
