That's good scouting by Vitello and staff. Had that dude sitting on that slider.

That’s what happened when you dominate a fricking game and can’t come up with a single big hit at all. This team leaves so fricking many runners on base but I was told that’s not a big deal

they pull Holman...Herring comes in first pitch 2 RBI
TN 2 LSU 1
TN has only 3 hits and LSU had 8

TN can get the timely hit, LSU cannot

LSU cannot get the big hit

At this point all you can do is . You are what your record says you are.

You could argue he pulled our second-best pitcher and replaced him with our best.

Get out of the way Jay.

The guy was mowing them down. 1 hit and just struck a guy out.

Last year he’d leave starters in for 125 pitches.

I know CJJ is a great coach but he is just lost this year. He has made really really bad decisions all year long.

If Hollman was left in and gave up that hit people would be mad Herring didn’t come in to face the lefty. We’re losing because we can’t hit with runners on base, not for bringing in a pitcher who has dominated this year

Herring gets a K to end the inning but the damage may be done
