Competing in a strongman show today

I’m competing today, and this will be my 6th time competing. I’m a little nervous, but I think I’m ready. I’ve been working hard for this, and I’ve gotten so much stronger since last year. I don’t expect y’all to really care. I just needed to put this out there. Got some pregame jitters.

That’s pretty awesome. If you can wear whatever you want maybe look for a one strap deal like Andre the Giant wore.

I was there as a spectator and part of the PT clinic that helped sponsor the event. The guys at Atlas put on a great comp y’all were fun to watch pick up some heavy arse shite.
It was a great day for fitness. USA Masters weightlifting, USA junior powerlifting, and LA strongest Man/Woman all with an earshot of each other.
Of course there was the typical river center incompetence: no concessions, improperly advised security staff, etc.
