Did anyone finish all 3 seasons of Legion?

We started watching Legion last week. We made it through season 1 fine. It was a bit weird and trippy. So we were kinda excited to start season 2.
Uhh, what the hell was the creator of the show smoking to think up the beginning of season 2? We were ok with the first bit. But that stupid arse dance battle scene was ridiculous. We stopped watching after that.
Is it worth continuing? Or does it stay just as trippy and strange?

I stopped after season 2
Couldn't do it - really wanted to
But there was never any payoff and things kept getting more convoluted
I'm cool with weird and trippy but it felt like I needed a guidebook to follow along

I watched all three seasons. Season 1 was probably my favorite singular season of a superhero show. Season 2 was a step down and I absolutely hated Season 3.
I was all in on the trippy and strange, but what they did with the characters themselves was revolting.

That’s how I was with Dark. I watched it twice and still had to google stuff to get things straight. But that was a great show with a well written script.
This thing was just the result of an extremely long acid trip.

Once they made David the bad guy and the original bad guy a good guy the show lost me. It was some weird statement about toxic masculinity or some shite and it ruined the series for me.

Watched it during Covid and loved it. Binge watched it. Sort of like Black Sails, it took me about three tries over the years to get through the first couple of episodes but I could appreciate the weirdness of it and it took chances. Wish more of the Marvel universe was that dark and weird.

Aubrey Plaza was fascinating but I dipped out S2.

S3 was pure suck. It was visually interesting but not worth your time. I stuck it out and should have bailed during season

I did season 3 and was left with a cliff hanger.............
If you watch it you must pay close attention. Lots of twist and turn but the good guy/bad guy stuff mixed up reality or not. He has multiple personalities so understand that 1st and he's an omega level mutant time twisting reality kind of show. Anything can happen and I mean anything.

I gave up early in the second season. I thought it was a good show, but it required a lot of effort to watch - it wasn’t a turn your brain off and relax kind of thing.
I tried to pick it back up again recently. The first episode is so great - it’s one of the best Marvel TV shows outside of Loki and the first season of Jessica Jones. But I dropped it again.

I watched S1&S2 and although often times my brain was hurting, I really enjoyed it. I have S3 on the DVR but so many people say it sucks so I have been hesitant to watch.

people just don't want the good guy turning bad but the main character is crazy so....who knows. But I think with time travel anything can be revisited.

Only watch this show if you're on drugs.

I really liked it all the way through, far from your standard comic book series/film. It’s true to the source material, an extremely powerful schizophrenic mental patient is probably not going to have a happy ending. Admittedly, the 1st season is superior to 2&3. But I would still recommend watching the whole thing.

Yeah I agree. I tend to suffer through shows I’m initially interested in.. the whole lost sunk cost fallacy… yeah it started getting pretty unbearable. I couldn’t keep track of who was fighting who for what reason
