I've heard estimates that Taylor Swift's association with Travis Kelce and the Chiefs resulted in somewhere between $300-400 million additional revenue for the Chiefs organization, they should name the stadium after her and leave the hardworking taxpayers alone.

Royals have zero reason to relocate. None. I've been to Kaufmann several times, it's a great ballpark.

They can let their teams be like the Houston Oilers. Gone in 1996. Did Houston's citizens have to build a new stadium anyway to get the Texans?

Who owns the stadiums in this deal?

The Jags owner wants to split costs 50/50 for the new stadium/stadium remodel they are proposing, and the city will own it. Seems like a decent deal for Jacksonville.

Moving just proves who the new stadium is for ...owners /players egos. The fans are saying they are happy enough with the stadium conditions

This is what the Chiefs want close to the Speedway across the border.
