What should I add next to the home gym?

Currently have a squat rack, enough plate weights, adjustable dumbbells, some kettle bells, stationary bike.
Have some free money, what would you get next?
Current ideas are dip attachment for the rack, some sort of lat pull down attachment for a rack, possibly a rowing machine.
Any thoughts on what I'm missing?

You can get a pulley system for pretty cheap

dip attachment
Parallettes could be a cheap alternative

adjustable bench?
I'd sell the stationary bike and get an assault bike or a rower.

1)Sled
Build of buy
2)Plyo Box(s)
Build or buy
3)I will also say sand&sandbags
I'm gonna assume you have your bar and bench needs taken care of already.
Also, if you don't mind sharing, where did you get "free money"?? Like stock dividends? or did you find a sack of cash, I won't tell.

rings and a vest are big time big time underrated
adds tons and tons of versatility.

I’ve mainly been a weights guy myself for some years but I got a Crossrope set (1/4 lb & 1/2 lb) in 2020 and they are my favorite piece of workout equipment for overall health.
I always recommend them for people looking to purchase new fitness gear.

Do you have something set up for pull ups? I have a cable pull down system in my little condo gym but would love a true and simple pull up bar.

any wooden rings set with straps that are numbered for ease of adjustment
for the weighted vest I have the cross101 that is adjustable up to 80 lbs
any of the good sandbags will work. rogue, rep, titan whatever
