There are certain teams that the Pels will not match up with, namely teams that are well coached and have intelligent players who know how to attack your weakness. We get something going then take bad shots, relax on D, and do something stupid to take away a possession and give them easy buckets

One of those weaknesses has been CJ honestly. I wish he would play mad sometimes and with aggression. I get he plays at his pace but he has no burst. To top it off they’re targeting him on defense.

Nothing will matter if we can't stop these dudes. 71 points in the half. I didn't feel good when Giddy came out hot. Idk if we can stop them without Dyson. He would be perfect to guard J Will. Zion trying but his speed and shot making is truly the difference in this game.

Oklahoma City runs a good offense. Lots of ball movement, cutting, and popping out to the 3.

Eh, the refs have been terrible but they're not sending OKC to line for an advantage. Only 7 of 73 at the line. OKC is shooting really well and the Pels have just been okay. Herb and CJ combining 4/19 isn't really refs fault either.

Herb offense is extra. CJ had made one shot this game, draws no fouls and plays bad defense. The ball just stops when he has it and a dumb shot is taken.

I'm not mad at us, I'm more impressed with OKC and the personnel. They got the goods to win it all tbh. Wish we was healthy to better assess if they're just better. Outside of CJ, we have played well on offense. I would put Herb on J Will but SGA would just start eating us up. We need Dyson to help defend this team.

Yeah, but it hinders our D with Herb and Trey in foul trouble with them calling a awful game.

They are not sending them a lot to the foul line, but the the two early fouls on Trey and Herb, the offensive foul on Zion, the 3rd on Herb are game changers.

Agreed, but when other team is shooting lights out we need all hands on deck. And to your point at least Herb has gotten to the line and has 13. It's G gem inefficient but not the deadweight CJ has been.

I agree about OKC. However, as good as it sounds to say we are currently 4th seed in the West, this thing could come crashing down with the remaining schedule and how close the teams are. I wanted to see Pels really show something against a very good team tonight, but this has not been what I had in mind.
