I don't want to see it, but I'm glad they are still having fun and enjoying themselves. A couple years ago we took mini AS to Orlando and on the drive down they had a wreck on 75 so we detoured through Ocala and Oxford and stopped to get a bite, and we saw a couple get out of golf cart with a loofa on the back. I giggled and said good for them. My ex did not know why I said that and was not as giggly as I was when I informed her what it meant.

Room Temp Bath Water?! I used epsom in my post workout soak this morning, I wouldn't suggest drinking that.

Because if this was becoming a Saltburn situation I would have to peace out.

I feel good after, but that gasp of air when it hits...Honestly with the weather warming up I should probably go back to doing a soak a couple times a week on the back porch. I was good about it for a while, but psyched myself out of it after I let myself fall out of the habit.

I did a 30 min ice plunge with epson salt the other day after my long run and thought my toes were going to fall off.

But the hot shower thawed me off

My legs and ankles feel great, I’m just worried about my cardio, but I’m sure I’ll be well enough to watch you cross the finish line
