Will be immune because they were acting in an official capacity.
A big nothingburger

Considering both the selective prosecution of Trump and the valuation of MAL at $18m, this could violate their immunity.
They brought case against Trump and had a summary judgment against him claiming fraud because he had MAL listed as being worth X, while the state of NY declared it wasn’t worth X.
These people are suing because it means any attempt to get a loan from a NY bank could result in them being either lowballed or brought up on similar fraud charges.

How does a NY judge have authority to decide what Florida property is worth?

What official capacity do they have to determine FL RE values? I bet that will be the basis of the suit if there is one. They should not be able to undermine RE values in other states. Nevermind the fact that they aren't even qualified to appraise properties in NY much less FL or act as a tax-assessor in FL.

Does Florida law protect official acts in another state?
What’s good for the goose and all of that. If there’s no specific protection, it’s fair game.

Not so sure about that skippy. I think if you act improperly in a official capacity you can be held accountable.

False.
You do not get immunity for:
1. Fraud
2. Election interference
3. Doing whatever you want to do
Hope your legal degree didnt cost you too much.
