So if Trump steps down, who should the nominee be?

Roger’s response.

The whole Trump is too old, yadayadayada.

It’s Ron’s turn!

FWIW, that all will be true in time, just not yet.

He even says his advisors tell him to NOT do it. Proceeds to piss off prospective voters, that he needs, anyway.

fricking adulation seeking moron.

Don't recall if that was in the snippet on twitter but it was on the full video on youtube.

*His advisors obviously realize what needs to be done, but no one can Donald J. Trump what to do!

I mean... I even bolded it for you. Those two clauses are not equal. I don't know how to help you. Perhaps you need a literacy program?

Also no where in that statement.

So who is running the "it's my turn" campaign?

Love how you guys just gloss over Desantis giving him the finger first when Trump wanted the two to run together.

Romney and McCain won their primaries too. So did Hillary for that matter

So they won their respective party’s nomination.

So the numbers spoke for themselves. Got it.

Hint: primary vote margins don’t carry over to the general.

I didn’t state that they did.

Sorry facts hurt you.

Do they?

What an odd thing to suggest.

Here's the entire thread where several of you gush over Desantis

Several of you that now endlessly hate on Desantis and his supporters, for no apparent reason other than Trump telling you to.

About 10 posts down, you have Gumbopot:

quote:

I love Trump but I hope he doesn't run and fully endorses DeSantis. Ron has done such a good job in Florida. He's like Trump on a policy level but much more articulate and quick on his feet.

So it's not "us" that wished Trump would step aside in favor of Desantis like the poster before claimed. Show me one example of that.

Instead, here's gumbo and many others now firmly in the "hate Desantis" camp that said as much.

damn. i destroyed cucknoles in that thread. easy pickings as always with never trumpers and fakes from DU like jon spam who fooled many ronbots.

gumbo pot can like many of ron's policies. nothing wrong with that. however he needs to own up to asking don to step aside as we destroyed ron in primary.

the issue was a handful who posted lies, misinformation, lack of context and false narratives for ages which was a bad look for many ronbots.

What type of wisdom is this? You know damn well every single person in the USA was cucked. Romney? Obama? Ron Paul? I voted for the latter and I knew it was a cuck. That's why I'm all in for Trump, there is actually a heartbeat. But most of you clowns spend incredible amounts of your free time about trying to be right about something. Cuck and corksuk away, I guess.

This is the mark of someone that takes a sports talk message board entirely too seriously.

Nothing that gets posted here, or has ever been posted here, should change your preference for the politicians you choose to represent you. They work for us.

There are far, FAR too many that take this place too seriously. You are one of them. You let it, and a handful of posters here, sway your real life views. And that goes for both sides of the Trump/Desantis camps.

We have posters like Fun Bunch jumping off the preverbial cliff at everything Trump trots out there, and others thinking that one poster represents everyone that could have ever supported Desantis. It's insanity. And all this insanity has leaked over to people's real life opinions, which is so far beyond insanity there's no word for it.

We're on the brink of destruction, and you worry about where Trump get's his power from. That's on you bro. Where's your hero getting such a robust welcome, coast to coast? You don't have one. Just don't go Ted Kaczynski on us and don't forget to take your vitamin D.

Trump fears it? HAHA. 91 phony criminal charges against him and you think he fears, what iron against iron? Damn dude take some vitamin D already.

What boggles my mind is that instead of fighting back early on, or just opting not to run for president in 2024, he kept quiet through most of the beat down, and then he still announced.

Everyone who has run against Trump has overestimated that average Republican’s voter commitment to ideals over a show.

You clearly promote BS. Kemp was compromised. Abrams was useless. Trump says "it's OK" between the two. They both were bad. Throw a party for yourself. If you have your way, we'll all be eating crickets for protein.

People like you will never do anything or run anything. You’re almost retarded. I would be embarrassed to support anything you support. You’re an illiterate ignorant peasant.
