Currently, multiple law enforcement and other emergency agencies are on the scene after a Federal National Guard helicopter has crashed with four reported occupants on board near the border in La Grulla, Texas. Officials are reporting that three individuals have died from the crash, while the one other is in critical condition. The cause of the crash is currently unknown, and this situation is still developing.

BREAKING: Per sources, there are “multiple fatalities” after a federalized National Guard helicopter w/ 3 National Guard soldiers working under federal Title 10 orders and a Border Patrol agent on board crashed in the RGV in La Grulla, TX this afternoon.
They were not working under the state of TX/Operation Lone Star. This was federal.
I’ve reached out to CBP for comment. Developing situation and more as I get it.

If I was getting on cause I’d say shot down but regardless the chances you survive any helicopter crash of any kind natural problems with it, pilot error. Attack, etc are extremely small
