The most recent and only team to represent Louisiana in March Madness last year, who is coincidentally nationally known as Louisiana Ragin Cajuns, still have a chance to secure a ticket to the big dance.

Until last night, Louisiana Tech was the best team in Louisiana. Tech was physically dominated for 3/4 of their game Thursday.

As a Cajun fan/alum, it sickens me that I'm actively hoping they flop in this tournament and then whatever talent we have left goes to Lake Charles..

Happen to know what's going on with Themus Fulks this time around? He's not with the team in P-cola. I love watching the guy play but it seems he's more drama than it's worth.

Just now seeing mcneese and Tex cc get 2 byes. I like it. Lions didn’t get a bye so have to play perfect but teams that sit don’t always have the advantage.

Believe he was intentionally left at home but it’s being called an “unspecified illness”. Dude refused to come off the bench after leading the conference in TOs and basically quit the team.

Lions can’t beat uno 3 times. Nichols, mcneese, uno still alive for a southland bid. Imo the southland records speak for themselves. I thought selu had a tough 9 and northwestern had some great athletes , however mcneese and Tex cc has stayed efficient. Nichols really impressed me in the beginning of conference and have great chance.
LSU has fought hard this year and has to get past miss st then tenn. If ward, Williams, Reed can hit some outside shots, teams can sleep on the tigers.
Still like tech, grambling\southern, all have to eat their wheaties this week. Can Tulane provide some March madness?

Tulane got a lot of external help to avoid the play-round, but faces North Texas who waxed them twice in the season.
We probably go one and done, but I think winning the tournament is at least possible because the American sucks
