Can I get a list of high protien food choices? Besides chicken and deer meat I’m at a lost. I’m trying to eat healthier and looking for options. Thanks!

Beef, yogurt, cottage cheese, fish, shrimp, protein powder, lamb, eggs, etc. No need to over-complicate it

Costco has this Bellwether farms yogurt. It’s just plain yogurt but it’s good enough to eat plain. At least for me. Or add a little blueberries. Great stuff. Not as much protein as Greek yogurt but tastes way better.

Shrimp is a good one. You can get those precooked frozen shrimp and add them to just about anything. Really good with spaghetti.

I started keeping a couple of single serving chobani yogurts at work. 80 cals and 14g of protein a serving. Good for a healthy snack in between my planned meals.

The only reason I still deer hunt is for the protein. I’ll process and put up 4 or 5 a year.

Turkey breast cutlets are 56 gram protein for 8oz and taste great if cooked right

I’ve been eating a big turkey sandwich mid afternoon - 40 grams and better than another protein shake. I have to hit 200 a day which takes a little planning.
Yeah it’s processed, bread is bad, etc. but I was looking for something easy that I like at this phase. Plus I have a salad and chicken breast for lunch so I have some room in calories.

It's a cheat code for days when I'm running low on protein consumption.
