Tombstone, I was young when it was in theaters, and would like to see it on the big screen with a badass sound system.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
The cinematography and landscapes would be awesome on the big screen.

Because I saw Raw in the theater and it was the best cinema experience I've ever had. Everyone just roaring and looking at each other while laughing.
But I never saw Delirious in the theater with a packed crowd.
I suppose it wouldn't go over so well today.

Life of Pi. I bet the 3D would be amazing

I’m gonna say Star Wars A New Hope
I actually got to see Raiders of the Lost Arc at a classics summer showing and it was awesome to see a classic I grew up with on the big screen
I was born in 1990 so I never had a chance to see these in the first runs.

2001 is a good choice. I saw it when it was released and was blown away.

The Patriot, most civil and revolutionary war movies i love on the big screen.
Passion of the Christian seemed better, more hard hitting....maybe that is because it was the overall shock of seeing it for the 1st time.

There's a lot to choose from, but the first I thought of was 2001: A Space Odyssey. Imagine watching the cinematography and hearing the music blasted in the theaters would be something to watch/hear.
This is, in my opinion, the greatest movie ever made, and I was fortunate enough to get to see it on the giant overhead IMAX screen at the McWane Center here in Birmingham a few years ago for the 50th anniversary. It was incredible. I would love to be able to experience that again.

I grew up on movies since the 50s and hardly ever missed an epic on the big screen.
But somehow I missed “in the movies” what are now four of my all-time favorites: Lawrence of Arabia; The Right Stuff, The Life of Pi and The Fifth Element.
Al Lawrence would be glorious on today’s big screens not to mention that wonderful score in a Dolby Cinema theater.

Serenity from the Firefly series. I saw Serenity on DVD in 2010 after I bought it on a whim on Ebay. What a fun movie. Two years later I stumbled across the series and at first I was like, wait, I know these people. Anyway, fell in love with the series. Had no idea that Serenity was ever on the big screen. I would love to see it there.

Since I missed it when it came out and is now one of my favorites, Master and Commander.
This is my answer as well, I'm reading the first book right now and just watched it again on Sunday. The perfect Sunday afternoon movie. Would love to see it in a theater with good sound.
