We shot much better, but we were just as careless as we were against miss st. And we would have been blown out again tonight if we played a decent team. Glad we won. Every game is different, but that was just ugly I. The 2nd half was up there with the Dayton one.

We need to be looking for the 3ball a lot more. There were times when Hannibal was 15-16 feet from the bucket with space but he pulled the ball out and reset instead of attacking with a draw and kick attitude.

LSU has been horribly inefficient on offense much of the year for one big reason…turnovers. Tonight was a bit more than usual, but not out of character. LSU is worst in the SEC in turnovers per game and has been all season. It especially kills them because they aren’t a terrible shooting team in terms of FG%. But you waste a lot of your shooting efforts when you give the opponent so many more possessions/shots because of turnovers.
LSU out-shot Georgia tonight 47% to 37%. LSU made more threes. The FT makes were nearly identical. So why was it a 1 point game? Georgia had 12 more FG attempts and had the same exact amount of made baskets as LSU (22) even though the FG% was 10 points worse.
In numerous games this season LSU has shot a better FG% than their opponent. Yet lost because that advantage was rendered meaningless because it came on so many fewer shots

It was the first game of the year for me. The wnba draft is more entertaining. The center for lsu would not start on uno.

All the fricking TURN OVERS and un disciplined play is on the fricking head coach,yes a win is a win and much better than any lost,but come the frick on how many times are you going to let will baker throw the ball to the other team before you put your foot up his arse same with Dean not boxing out on the boards. Show some fricking passion get in there shite so they stop making the same mistakes game after game, and for God fricking sakes kick there arse and make them work on it practice so they won't keep making the same mistakes game after game!
