Mexicans as in the people crossing. A lot of them come across work and then go back. Especially those out of the north of Mexico.A lot stay as well. But until someone puts the screws down the line, it's harder for the Mexicans to stop it. Plus Mexico is barely functional as a state because of the narcos....that is due to our appetite for Cocaine and other drugs.
