One of the first thing companies look at when making a decision to invest (or pull out) is corruption. At this rate NY will rank somewhere between Somalia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The exodus has started. This ruling was stupid...like the corrupt judge that made it.

Nope.

But detroit and New York aren't exactly a good comparison from an industry, infrastructure, resource, or population perspective.

There is no reason a company needs to be in NY anymore. With ease of communication, Skype, zoom, teams, etc. Banking, finance etc can be done in Dallas, Miami, Charlotte etc. companies are leaving.

Detroit on other hand has auto infrastructure. Which is why although manufacturing is leaving, engineering etc Detroit #1. Even foreign companies Honda, VW etc have huge footprints in Detroit area.

I don’t care what happens to them. They vote in jackasses that aren’t held accountable. Make a mockery of the Justice system and flaunt their propaganda like it’s some virtue. Let them burn the frick down and go bankrupt morally and financially. Just pray they don’t take us all with them.

Just means you have to provide kick backs if you want to run a big business.

Buy them off so they leave you alone. Much like the corrupt countries you mentioned

It won’t stop. It will get rewarded

A decent % of Corporations, Fortune 1,000’s moving to Atlanta, I read an article that within 10 Atlanta will host the largest amount of them, not sure how true that may be,but Atl has been getting their fair share, and of course Texas been getting some as well.
