Yep, Texas is doing this because they can read the law and use it accordingly.
People here want to hate on DeSantis but I’m a true believer he would have used the law accordingly and would have used it for the betterment here in America.
This is what he has used the whole time in achieving the things he has in Florida, Law(s).

The ONLY way to stop illegal immigration is for armed American citizens to head to the border and dare them to cross. After the first shot is fired they won’t come anymore. Its kill them now or try to kill them in a Great War later. Later will be too late. Don’t believe me? Look at what happened to Rome. It’s coming.
