I’m all for this notion. No distinction between men’s and women’s records. Clark owns the basketball scoring record.
That also means 90% (or more) of all sports records now belong to men. No distinctions between the sexes means it applies to everything. Not just the basketball scoring record. That’s the price of acknowledging Clark as the universal college basketball scoring leader.
Or… she could just be the women’s basketball scoring record holder. Why not just do that and stop being dumb?

No, because they’re still playing the same sport. Men’s basketball and women’s basketball are different sports.

Title IX should be illegal! It extremely discriminatory! It shut down many college male sports teams and gives especially D1 scholarships at 100% across the board for females . Males do not get that in most college level sports outside of football.

He played 3. At the time, and I think it was the same for Lew Alcindor (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) and Bill Walton, the freshmen were the JV team and weren’t allowed to play on the varsity. The JV stats from that time are not counted for official stats.

She scored the points under the rules she played in. It pains me to say but if she breaks it, so be it. Because in this woke society, Pete’s record does not matter. They will relish it and no asterisks will be shown. All that’s important is that a woman holds the scoring record. It’s a giant shite sandwich and we all have to take a bite.
