You should really ask OweO before using his NIL.

We’ve discussed this couple extensively here. Consensus seems to be she has some sort of savior complex narcissistic disorder or the whole thing is faked for views.

Simplest answer is generally correct, you know Occam and all that.

All you guys saying you date /marry "out of your league" just shows how deeply men have rolled over for women. She is supposed to be better-looking than you. That's at the core of why you are with her-her irresistible feminine sexuality. Otherwise, you'd just hang out with your boys, who let's face it, are way more fun to hang out with and never kill your buzz and don't bitch at you and pick fights on game day just because they can. .Your value, your far more importantt value, lies in other areas. I know very few couples where once you get past the physical appearance, the man does not vastly outshine the woman. And yet this "out of her league" pu**y-on-a-pedestal crap persists...
Know your value, men. You are the catch, not her. At least you should be.
Simps and bitter women downvote now.

I think people just say that, and it's probably rarely true.
Most people marry their equals, or at least someone who balances out their weaknesses.

My wife, on a 1-10 scale, is twice my number. Not sure what either number is, but she's twice as hot as me, that part I do know
And after several kids and over a decade married, she's still hot (and a great mom). I don't deserve her.

It sucks when I finally talk myself into a LTR with a 7 or 7.5 and then we go to dinner or out for drinks and there's a couple there where the guy is clearly lower value than me and his chica is an 8.5.

There is also that annoying "woman behind the man" silliness where the successful man panders to his wife and says she is the reason for his success. No, she's not.

Women marry equally or up and men marry equally or down. Very few exceptions. Women HAVE to pick wisely or they are screwed. Men are screwed anyway lol so they are perfectly happy just finding a hot girl where they can. No man ever married a woman because of her credentials. or status like women do. We are different that way.

I don't think my wife is "out of my league," but I sure outkicked my coverage, hooking up with her.

Depends which criteria were are talking about: looks? Intelligence? Salary?
If I'm a lawyer and I marry a ugly fat doctor, did I marry up?
If I marry a hot nurse, did I marry down?
What if I marry someone really pretty and smart, but she makes a low salary at a non-profit?

I'm talking about Status and.wealth. Women marry up for status/security. That's not an opinion, that's social science. Men marry down status-wise for hotness.
No successful woman CEO marries the mail boy. She fricks him, but she doesn't marry him. Whereas none of us are even slightly surprised if a CEO or other powerful man marries some super-hot receptionist. Men marry down status-wise for beauty every day. That's how we are wired. If she touches your pee-pee just right and looks good in her lingerie, game over. Simple creatures we are.
One exception to this is the classic way we did this in my generation-you met a girl, you fell in love, she makes a bet on your potential and hopes her instincts were correct and you reward her by being successful. That's still, imho, the best way. Meet someone in college and go from there and grow up together before all the other stuff above corrupts everything beautiful.

I lucked out. I never played the league thing. My wife is good for me. We are both average and that’s fine.

Let’s be honest, you’re way below average
