Great list! It's always fascinating to see the range of movies that resonate with different people. Your selection includes some timeless classics that hold a special place in many hearts. Reminds me of this movie marathon I had with friends, where we watched a mix of old favorites and new discoveries. Speaking of great movies, have you checked out any of the best movies in theaters now? I've heard there's a diverse range of genres out there, so there's something for everyone to enjoy on the big screen!

Looking through this thread, it seems I've never made a list. Understandable, seeing as a top ten list is kind of hard to narrow down. Outside of my top three, they are not in order. But the first three are linked for me, because of subject matter, location, and time period. The rest are movies I just really enjoy. A list made tomorrow might be different, from 4 to 10.
The Big Lebowski
Inherent Vice
Once Upon a Time In Hollywood
Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World
Training Day
Caddyshack
Jackie Brown
Big Fish
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Gladiator
Honorable mention to movies like The 5th Element, Inside Man, Colombiana, The Italian Job, Children of Men, Crank, Tombstone, etc., etc.

i did like Tenet. It gets unfairly derided. It was easy to understand. The audio was great. i loved the finale.
But it doesn't sniff top 10 under any circumstances..

What Dreams May Come
One of my favorite movies that has zero rewatch ability to me. Such beauty, but damn that movie drains me emotionally.
Gladiator
300
Star wars original Trilogy
Star Trek 2: Wrath of Khan
LOTR
Dark Knight
Jurassic Park
A Knights Tale
Eurotrip
A Walk to Remember (Sentimental Reasons)
Also up for consideration:
Forrest Gump
The Princess Bride
Robin Hood: Men in Tights
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
Old School
Serenity
Big Fish
And because my wife loves it Moulin Rouge
I tried to add a couple action, a couple sci Fi, and a couple Comedy ones.
I also decided not to add any animated movies because that would complicate things too much.
