Even if he was shot at first he still hit 2 innocent bystanders. There's literally no win for him. We don't know the whole picture but in the CEH incident we at least had an inkling of shooting in self defense. We don't have that at all here.

I posted what I'd heard. The source I'd heard it from got it from the local source that broke it today. I've also heard it allegedly involved a dispute involving a family member getting jumped. That's all I know. Either way,it's a terrible thing to happen from every angle this effects. The only good outcome is the victim surviving. The rest of the damage is done unfortunately.

Ramsey Dar Dar was at main Prison back in the 90’s. Every Warden at Angola wanted him for their flag football team but Ramsey just wanted to do his time and be left alone. I was his classification officer for a bit. He had the world by the tail and let that powder frick up his life.
