Blackened Red Snapper, Lobster Mac & Cheese and Asparagus.

Damn Mac & Cheese came from Sam’s and it was OUTSTANDING! I added a little half & half and a little extra cheese when I was warming ours up, but for $17, you can’t beat it!

We had Salmon with a honey/garlic glaze, roasted asparagus, Caesar salad and aux gratin potatos (from the refridgerated section at Sams).

Cooked my wife a ribeye for Valentine's Day. She brought home Hubig’s Pineapple pies for dessert.
