Great songwriter and singer.
I think he did some of his best work post diagnosis. I truly believe he left us his best song with "Don't Let the Old Man in".
I love his 90's stuff, but that song is outstanding. He knew he was on borrowed time when he wrote it. Held his talent for songwriting until the end.
