I love that. Makes great French toast. I had a few buttered toasted slices for lunch today.

Homemade pizzas from a recently moved to America family from Sicily.
If you live in Lafayette, you can find them on Instagram at SarricasItalianPizza and find their food truck location.
So good! FYI the grandma speaks very little English.

Our favorite place to get a burger at lunch extended their hours until 6pm so we had the burgers for dinner.

Red Beans: Made 2/3 gal stock from chicken/rib bones/t-bones/( all cutup ~ 4" ) in a pressure cooker for 2 hrs. cooled, refrigerated and fat separated. 2 lbs red beans, 2 lbs smoked pork chops, 0.5 lbs ground sausage, lots of onions, hot peppers, bell peppers. It was great!
