Name the chemical name and concentrations discovered please. This needs to be established to make this claim as "polluted".

Haha, that is literally 55% CO2 and 45% condensing water vapor (by weight) from the stacks and 100% condensing water vapor slightly above the ground.

Aside from elevated levels of flaring, you won't visibly see air pollution, plants pay for people to walk around with VOC meters to inspect pump seals, valve packing, valve drains and other identified sources in an effort to reduce emissions.

Water discharge and ground water contamination are something else.

Considering that is steam coming from cooling towers and stacks, you’re right.

I was at the Air and Waste Management Convention several years ago when the LDEQ Secretary Dr. Chuck Carr Brown, an African American who was appointed by John Bel Edwards, stated that the air we are breathing now is cleaner than at any time since the Industrial Revolution.

This picture reminds me of the Three Mile Island coverage in 1979. The press talked about radiation releases while showing infrared pictures of fricking cooling towers with water vapor “emissions” on front pages of newspapers and on nightly network news.

Also, typical coverage of emissions from power plants and refineries typically show pictures of cooling towers and sulfur dioxide scrubbers where all it is are water vapor emissions.
