This is a normal Wednesday around here.
Ok. This is the equivalent of 20 inches of snow for south Louisiana

Flying out of LA on Sunday - I hope the weather plays nice.
Back on Friday. Hope I can catch a boat back to the house.

Sooooooo…no more drought?
For a change, pretty much the entirety of California is drought free already.

I’m not really quite sure how it works over there, but I would imagine an airport will be alright. Lightening will be more of an issue rather than heavy rainfall.

It is known that California receives extremely catastrophic floods every 100-200 years, yet officials have buried their head in the sand. Building infrastructure for a once in a lifetime event does not get you re-elected.
That is one of the most important lessons I learned from the Dutch after Katrina. The Dutch Deltaworks project ignored short term political gain for the long term survival of their country.

I’m just wondering how this will affect Taylor Swift getting to the Super Bowl.

“It never rains in Southern California”
Perhaps the most blatant lie in song title history.

Biggest 3-day rainfall event in Santa Barbara history came in 1943 when 9.02 inches accumulated.
This will not be mentioned once the climate change zealots start preaching to us

Just saw a flaw of lightning and a rumble of thunder. The apocalypse is upon us!

Maybe it’ll wash away the progressive filth out of California.
It will take more than that. Probably a nuke or big-arse earthquake.

I grew up in Santa Barbara. That amount of rain is going to wreck that city

They shouldn’t live in an area that has rain or be allowed to rebuild there.
