I think it used to show up in the header of every reply & it is now just in the header of the first post of each page correct?

I have a important question for Chicken when he comes back to review...how can i change the time, I am in the eastern time zone now but the post time on here is still showing central time, its quite annoying

When I go to "My Posts" only the upvotes show up on each post, but no down votes. I see both when I go to the regular threads however.
