To quote the great Ric Flair, 'To be the best, you've got to beat the best!' - so bring 'em on! Because right now and until proven otherwise, we're the team to beat and the team to fear.

Obviously i was referring to the 2024 teams, not the programs as a whole

Has anyone kept up with the spring stats and posted a review? I know we had a thread after fall ball that had an excel spreadsheet. Wondering if one has been posted for the spring yet?

Yes many here have.

There are posters here who keep stats daily of the intrasquad play and combine them after practice scrimmages are completed. We are all patiently waiting for them to be posted so we can debate it to death until Friday comes.

I'll make a post of what I have. I feel like the stats don't really tell the story this spring so far. Especially with the pitching staff. Will give people something to talk about though. See how many people can bash Jones and see how many "pitching staff was supposed to be good but they walk way too many people" comments we get.

Hahaha that's the truth. Jones, Little and Millazzo hate is imminent and the sky is falling already.

Koki Riley wrote a profile on Tommy White for the Advocate.

In the article it mentioned that Tommy (sort of) unexpectedly found himself starting at 3B as a freshman on a loaded high school team with a bunch of D1 commits.

He went to IMG as a senior, so I had to look up where he was before that. Fortunately wikipedia had that answer. He played his first three high school years at Calvary Christian, which is a pretty big baseball power in Florida.

Turns out, the other guy on the left side of the infield for Calvary Christian that year was junior shortstop and former LSU commit Christian Cairo.
