These are the stats I have based on Scubas scrimmage reports. Big shout out to him for doing that every fall and spring. As I have said in the past when posting these, some stats may be off a little. I know WHIP does not typically account for HBP, but I include it in my stats. The hitters are sorted by OBP and the pitchers by WHIP.

For all the pre-spring talk of DJ, he really didn’t perform well.

Thanks for compiling the spring data Bay. And huge thanks to Scuba for being the iron man of preseason baseball and for Wild's bpb to keep the board posted on most of the intrasquad competitions.

Let the wailing and gnashing of teeth about the stats begin!

Hopefully Jones can get out of this funk. Maybe some less talented pitching to start the season off will get him rolling

Bingham and Braswell are gonna be the guys that help drive this offense if they can stay healthy and on pace with their performances they've had so far.

Milam the only player to not strike out the entire spring practice session. The kid can play.

The bear really needs to get things turned around quickly at the plate because 15 K's in 30 AB with no home runs and a .133 average is really not going to cut it. He'll find himself on the bench pretty quick with the amount of talent on the team we have if he cant get things turned around the first few weeks at the plate against lesser competition.

Yeah he looks totally turned around from the fall when he struggled a lot at the plate

Is Hurd supposed to our ace?

Don't think we really have a true ace. Will see how it plays out. Hurd had a really bad outing this past weekend that took a big hit on his stats. That's something you hope was just a fluke outing for him.

If you're only looking at this, Herring-Holman-Coleman look like your most dependable rotation.

That sample size is entirely too small to draw any real conclusions from.

I’d love to have 5 guys with a WHIP under 1

Not enough data to really make a decision based on.

With the amount of games that will be played in the next 2 weeks I'm sure the ones you mentioned will get starts. Anyone of Hurd, Holman, Jump, Coleman, Herring, Ack could get starts. I think you see Anderson with starts also and not sure how they plan to use Cam Johnson yet.

And you never know what the pitcher might be working on that day.
