We need to shrink the Fedgov and reduce its power while holding together as powerful republic. It can be done.
It cant be. There literally is no path to this

Millions die,
You are correct up to there.
But 2 weakened nations would not emerge. There is no feasible way for this country to divide itself in two and maintain sovereignty for each. The monetary currency situation alone is not feasible.
What would happen is that one side would win and the other side would have to take it and comply (like the first time around in 1865), or the country would be taken over by someone else or by multiple someone else's.
People seem to not understand that America is not like other countries that have balkanized. Even a country like Germany. We're too big and powerful for that. The military is too big, the economy is too big, the currency is too big, the geographical landscape is too big,

lol at Georgia being given to Democrat America. Serious question though, where is the divide drawn? Most of the bluest blue states are 45% Trump voters and most of the reddest red states had 40-45% of their voters vote Biden? The divide is urban and rural everywhere.

Step 1: Take back education.
Okay. I'm an educator - what do you mean by this?

Exactly
And just look at the map in OP...will it break into 4 separate countries? Even if the GA and NE countries are joined by seizing the Carolinas (North Carolina should be blue btw), you'd have 3.

Atlanta is not blue. It took millions of fraudulent scans.

Give them NC for Georgia... then we have a solid red state landmass with a lot of coastline, blue and red states have some of the Mississippi River... the blue states and Canada can unify. They might as well, or at least work out an EU type arrangement that allows for free movement of people and goods within their borders, and that gives them a continuous landmass from the east coast to the west coast. Canada will probably be fine with that because it's their preferred type of people (leftists). Provide a time period and assistance for people who choose to relocate to the territory of their choice.
Done. Then watch the blue states implode.

If you even need to ask what is meant by that you're part of the problem.

I'm part of the problem because I don't know what YOU mean by "take back education"?
I guess speech/debate and persuasive essays weren't your forte.
