Got some nasty sinus issues right now. Runny and stuffy nose, feels like I’m swallowing rocks in the morning when I wake up, and an aggravating cough that just won’t go away.

Since 2018 but I have chronic lung disease and need new lungs.

i do supplements only when my wife gets sick. since her sinus started i started taking 500mg of Vit C morning, lunch, and dinner. 1500mg daily. seems to keep me healthy. i do take care of my gut health with sauerkraut and kefir w/ honey almost daily. i think it keeps me healthy.

You have covid. I had it a couple weeks ago. At its peak it wasn't enough to put me down or keep me from working but it was far worse at night and last almost 2 weeks.

Haven't been sick since December 2019.
Upper respiratory thing. Crud in the lungs.
Thought it might've been early Covid but I had the same thing annually for a few years already.
Not vaxxed or boosted.

I had a pretty bad cold at Christmas. Still have a lingering tickly cough.

Yuck. It’s different for everyone. A co-worker just had sinus pressure. She only tested she said bc she’d been exposed.

Second round of covid, but it's very mild like a head cold except for conjunctivitis in both eyes. Went in to see about the eye thing, and doc said he had seen a couple of covid conjunctivitis cases recently so tested and boom, came back positive in a few seconds.
Just laying low since I don't want to share. Covid19 will soon join the other 5 coronaviruses as part of the "common cold."
