Hes partly responsible for the death of millions between Aids and Covid. Anything "heroic" he's done can't erase that stigma. He belongs in prison though I'd pick death on public display.

It was so heroic the way he consigned homosexuals to suffering and death during the AIDS crisis in the 80s; all for his own personal enrichment.
