She looks like she has Down Syndrome or something. The daughter went right for the applesauce first, although it’s no doubt loaded with sugar. It’s just as easy to give your kid healthier choices so I assume the mom is ignorant to what she should be feeding her daughter.

We’ve all fed our kids unhealthy meals from time-to-time, but we aren’t proud of it.
The reason this hits a nerve is that the mom is fat and disgusting, and is bragging about the shite breakfast. No shame, which means it’s likely the norm.

I want to criticize this, but I have food poisoning.
Little man ate a yogurt pack, an apple sauce pack, a 2inch square of whole grain bread with peanut butter, and a cup of whole milk for breakfast...usually he has one egg with two yolks and some sort of meat.

I was the cook in my family.
It does not take maybe 15 minutes to prepare these breakfast meals for the kids.
I came in from the night shift, took a shower, and still had breakfast made for the kids.
Rotated these out.
Did some yogurts type breakfast
- fruit
- oats or grain
- yoguart
1 egg
1 wheat bread
1 1/2 avocado on wheat bread
1- fruit (1/4 apple, grapes, or another fruit)
Low sugar juice
Small things of skim milk
Rotate
Oatmeal
Fruit on top blue berry’s or strawberry
Low sugar juice
And skim milk
Packed lunch
- cook Turkey breast on Sunday as has less stuff than sliced lunch meat
- made own bread
- Turkey breast sliced
- mayo
- avocado
- fresh sprouts from garden or farmers market
Sliced red or green lettuce
Sliced Roma tomatoes
Cheese
Sometimes bacon
Side
Fruit cup
Nuts rotate almonds, peanuts, or cashews
Then a surprise cheese cake on an occasions or brownie. I was a hip cool dad allowing some snacks
Drink
Fancy fruit drinks the kids like
I had this down to a routine and rotate out lunches as you try to make it healthy while being cool dad. None of that McDonald’s cr&p.
Packed with love from the hip cool dad. That stuff runs out when the kids get older. They want to be cool.

What’s the big deal? Like you guys have never given your kids donuts and applesauce for breakfast?
I never have. Not in my nearly 11 years of being a parent.
We’ve gotten donuts before. Not Sara Lee shite from the store. Donut shop donuts. But we always have some kind of protein (eggs, sausage) along with whole fruit options for the fiber.

Can't say my kids haven't ever had a breakfast like this, but it seems clear this is normal at her house.

"A society fails when it has lost its sense of shame."
J.K. Forbing
This woman is unashamed of her weight, and she is not ashamed in the least about feeding that garbage to her child. She loves the attention.
The U.S. society has largely lost any sense of shame.
