Never. Kiffin has never won anything of significance since joining the SEC.

I personally think Kiffin is the best coach in college football. I would say higher risk, higher reward. He’s got 30 years of experience and he’s under 50. He’s the rare, rare mix of technician and recruiter. He can also effectively manage a program in the NIL/transfer portal area. Would not go out of my way to make that change, but if this did play out I’d personally be happy.

Kiffin is a gifted coach and recruiter. Probably a better overall package than Kelly.
That being said Kiffin is one impulse away from destroying a program every day.

Hell no.. kiffen has literally lost 5 pr more games half of his career and only lost less than 3 games just 3 times and 1 was this year. He was a dropped lsu td away from not doing that this year. He is a great oc... thats it.

Kelly is more stable, Kiffin higher upside.

I want a natty so yes.

How is a guy that's never come close to a playoff game more upside than someone who has? Make that make sense.

I’d trade Kelly, Jay Johnson, & Livvy Dunne for Kiffin

Kiffin has actually matured as a coach. He is nothing like usc kiffin

Totally agree. I would still want to see another year or two of this along with an at least acceptable SEC defense before taking him over Kelly. However, If Kelly left/retired tomorrow, I would put Kiffin at or near top of candidates.

The recruiting thing is a false flag. The issue is Ole Miss not Kiffin. He would easily bring in top 5 classes here.

Yes - younger and understands todays game - kill with LSU offensive personnel.

Did you sleep through last year? How much better would kiffen be than record setting Heisman numbers?

Jury is still out. Impressive year offensively but mostly was Daniels bailing everyone out all game.
