Who would be a good fit for the Cowboys?

I just don’t see how you can win with Jerry there. And anyone with any coaching acumen or force of personality to successfully deal with his arse probably wouldn’t want to go there.
It’s very clear that the culture needs fixing but I’m not sure that you can do that until Jerry leaves the scene.

I think Vrabel is a good coach. Not sure that Jerry would hire him.

I’m a big cowboy fan. Yes we sucked big arse today. But why blame the McCarthy Cowboys on Jerry. Top scoring offense in the league. Top 5 defense. This is on Dak, McCarthy, & Quinn. The roster is pretty good.

Its kind of hard to say I feel like Dallas has tried every possible kind of HC since breaking up with JJ and nothing works. College coaches, former NFL coordinators, former established winning NFL HCs, promoting from within etc etc
