What would you call the FHA and HUD policy manuals that explicitly prohibited mortgages to black people? These prohibitions weren’t based on credit or anything else. Skin color was the only criteria that disqualified them from obtaining a mortgage. What is that called, if not systemic racism?

I would call it policies enacted by Democrats that were done away with in the 1960's.
You see, this country has an incredible History of righting its wrongs, despite the fact we were late to the slavery game.
No other country on Planet Earth has done more in terms of restitution and Legislative actions to right the wrongs done to its people, but that isn't enough.

You NEED racism to continue, because it gives you a chance to virtue-signal and gives an outlet to your hatred of White men.
