Well you’re in a religion that requires white people perform public acts of self humiliation or even direct pain to themselves. This isn’t unique to your cult many religions in history have done this type of thing to be saved from some original sin. Which in progressive ideologies is kind of a sticky issue no one bring up because depending on what brand of lunatic you’re dealing with the OG sin could be 100 different things

It is codified in Civil Rights Law and through decisions like Griggs vs Duke Power Co (disparate impact) which prohibits organizations from using hiring practices that result in different outcomes between groups. Any difference is considered a result of discrimination - this is the reason, for example, companies can’t use IQ tests

No. By definition, one example from 50 years ago does not show a constant, systemic racism. It’s the opposite of systemic racism. I might call it anecdotal racism.

You've yet to prove anything. You've mentioned how it was policy at one time, that means it existed (many decades ago, ending likely before many here were even born), not that it currently exists.
