Because it's not evidence of systemic racism being actively practiced anytime in the recent past, it's evidence only that it was practiced many decades ago.
Your stance is that systemic racism is actively working throughout our system now. Your "proof" needs to be something that proves that it is doing so now, not that it was in effect once upon a time but stopped decades ago.
Again, you seek to perpetuate that things which ended long ago (perhaps before you were even born) are in active use today. That is simply not true, thus your "proof" is invalidated by your own argument.

In other words, you not only have no proof of systemic racism occurring today, you have to instead go to the extreme lengths of that it occurred long ago AND then must ignore everything done since then to redress that, in order to say it's still occurring.
