The biggest lie ever told is that women are complicated.

Imagine being over 40, being told your whole life that freezing your eggs is a viable option and to put it off, then realizing that it will cost $13-15k an attempt with a sub-10% success rate.
That sounds horrible.
The information is well known and readily available. They purposely chose to ignore it. Zero sympathy. It's almost poetic.

He's correct though. Women age 35 or older are considered high risk pregnancies and have far higher risk of complications.

Find a nice girl before you graduate college or go foreign. I wouldn't wish the punishment of marrying an old overly entitled liberal femcel on my worst enemies.

We’re all part of the same society, and this damages it.

If you haven’t figured it out by 40, you likely won’t get it done at all.

I bring up the same issue in the “lonely male” threads.
People wrote these groups off as “losers” and “they get what they deserve”, but these aren’t small groups of people.
It is not good to have large groups of disaffected and pissed off people in your society.

Well, letting women having control over their bodies with birth control and abortion is probably what is damaging society.

my lib, "pro science" cousin got pretty mad at me because i said something about off the ~38 year olds getting pregnant to be risky/not ideal as that came up in a conversation (i wasn't trying to poke any buttons or anything). he even tried to argue it a bit.
his wife was about that old when they had their kid but i figured he was rational enough to know that.

Get a sugar baby and have fun.

There's just no challenge in that. It should at least be sporting

True, but men that opt out are being rational since most physical and financial liabilities fall on men for the most part. Women who chose this eventually become liabilities to the state.
Most of these women voted for pro inflationary, globalist trade, high tax, anti family/marriage, and education policies that caused this so they're responsible for it for the most part.

This is just silly (on their part).
Although I do wonder how our overall improving health (at least in this demo) will affect these things long-term.
If all of our health data improves and this remains a hard limit, that would be pretty devastating to professional women moving forward.

I'm 41 with 15 and 17 year old boys. Unfortunately I'm single again and trying to date. I meet pretty much all of the requirements of most of the women on dating apps these days. The problem is most women in my dating pool are early 30ish and want kids or my age and have a couple toddlers in tow. I'm ready to buy a boat or an RV and frick off for 10 or so years until my kids start having grandkids that I can spoil.
I'm 46 and happily married, but if I wasn't there's no way I'd want another one at this point. Our youngest is 17. I've put in my time

Just as an additional bit of info, Scruffy looked up the actual success rate of IVF, and it isn’t exactly wonderful either.
Forbes has an article on this, and the success rate declines with age as well.
Under age 35 44.5%
Ages 35-37 32.4%
Ages 38-40 20.2%
Ages 41-42 9.6%
Over age 42 2.9%
People go into this believing it is a perfect procedure.
This is simply the reality of biology, something we try to reject for some reason.
Well I think those are the age of the eggs, so if my theory is true, they'd be dumb to freeze eggs after 35.
And, to be clear, I wasn't saying this was an ideal strategy, just that it wouldn't shock me if this was common in urban areas with educated/professional women. Like a rite of passage, "Oh first major promotion, time to freeze those eggs (around age 24-25)".

Yeah, that's not common at all....in any demographic.

I mean, the only real viable option would require artificial wombs or Gattaca style genetic design capabilities.
The rest is simply biological processing.

A lot of my friends back in SF are getting hit with this. Refused to grow up and now they're either scrambling with IVF or accepting it and pretending no kids was the plan all along.
Imagine giving up your ability to have a child just because you aren't quite ready to give up clubbing and whoring.

Maybe tech will improve significantly, but maternal age and biological status is a major factor.
We need to stop rejecting the very basic biological concepts involved here.
Your overall argument for this is going to create a massive group of women who are childless and alone.
This is going to become a huge social issue.
