And I could agree with you but then we would both be wrong. Notice all of the downvotes?

I literally know no one who said Penix should win over Jayden. Being offended over thinking someone might of said that is a new level of victim think. Congratulations

While no LSU fans were saying it I’ve seen a ton of people in the media claiming it in the last week. It was even trending on X at one point. He didn’t make it up at all.

Joel Klatt and other talking heads have said it recently… let’s see how the “real Heisman winner” responds to the situation JD5 has been in all season.

You can pretend like JD never missed a throw this year

JD missed plenty of throws this year. Not what I said.

JD is a great QB.

True

So is Penix.

Penix is an above average QB but not great and not elite.

Just like always, the Rant comes down with tons of conclusive statements before the game is 20% done. Not just this thread, but half of them on this game. Never change Rant.

Doesn't matter. The 2023 Heisman Trophy lives at LSU Football Ops and the Daniels household.

All true but put Jayden in this game instead of Penix and the game is a lot closer. Top qb’s have wheels and Penix does not. Think about the top pro qb’s. They all can get needed yards with their legs.
