Chicken tenders and macaroni at Mandeville High.

I remember in elementary we had baked potato bar days, salad bar days, and hamburger bar days. Those were legit.

There was regular pizza day and Mexican pizza day. The latter was the GOAT of school lunches.

Our cafeteria made a rib sandwich that was almost identical to the McRib.

Punahou School in Hawaii: Shoyu Chicken, a great Hawaiian style chicken
El Paso: Zach White Jr. High cheese enchiladas - I still have not had better cheese enchiladas.
Cranston-Calvert school in Newport, RI: Shepherd's Pie, everything else was atrociously terrible

Fish sticks in 1965 were great. Real fish. Little weiners in bbq sauce over real mashed potatoes was great.
