i recently switched jobs and would like to do something with my existing 401k. It seems like their are better options to roll it over to a IRA. Any EFT funds you recommend I look into? I will use Fidelity to manage the IRA for now.

thanks for the help.

With zero context about your goals, risk profile, timeline to retirement etc how do you expect to get meaningful advice?

Generally I like low cost broad market index funds but that may not be for you. VOO (S&P 500) and VTI (Total Market) come to mind. No need for both because VTI is heavy in same stocks as VOO with a bit of mid and small companies added in.

I assume you mean ETF, as in Exchange Traded Fund.

If so, SPY tracks the S&P500 Index and is a popular ETF which has been around for several decades.

VOO/VTI/QQQ for growth

JEPI/SCHD/SPHD for value and dividends

Allocation depends on your age and goals but more heavy in VOO. IMO
