Got rid of my gym membership as I moved and have been doing workouts at home. 100 push-ups a day and body squats/lunges throughout. My upper body has never been this toned. No excuses you fatasses.

Someone revive the '100 pushups in 100 days thread' from years ago. I could be wrong but it may have been a Chicken thread

No thanks. I’ll be at the gym where the views are better.

How are they ‘underrated’? Most guys I know who work out do push-ups and pull-ups everyday

Herschel walker spent most of his life just doing pushups and situps and it seemed to have worked out alright for him

Gotta get more than 100 in if you’re going to sacrifice gym time for home work outs.

Probably need to boost that up to 300-500 a day and add some air squats and situps to the regimen. Other than that I support your premise.

Jesus Christ dude, if true, that’s pitiful.

Getting older and keep straining and pulling things at the gym. Thinking about getting some kettle bells and trying a more calisthenics and range of motion workouts for the new year to see how it goes.

Orange sherbet as a whole is underrated. Braums has very good sherbet.

I agree. Same goes for pull ups.
You can get a lot done with a pull up bar, dip bars, and push-ups.

This is what I do plus I have a portable pull up bar and there’s always furniture to do dips off of. It’s simple to get some decent strength training in when I’m not being lazy ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
