I'm glad we had Mike Denrock and I appreciate his time here and how he helped the program. He's from Michigan and wants to be closer to home and I don't see an issue with that.

For the Notre Dame fans who read this, don't expect to have the #1 offense in the nation despite playing lesser competition. The fact is you do not have the same quality of athletes that LSU and many SEC teams brings in on an annual basis. I I don't see LSU falling off offensively next year but I don't see us having them no offense either despite bringing back a ton of talent if we can get our defensive coordinator situation sorted out will be in the thick of things next year. I'm confident about this.

Denbrock leaving:
EASIER PATH to the playoffs at ND, year after year. Gets more money for success or get HC gig because of the "playoff" success, and more MONEY!

Welcome, Notre Dame fans. Enjoy the melt. LSU fans can be the biggest pussies on Earth.

As for Denbrock, well, he's not new to you, you know what you're getting. If you have the best receiver in CFB, another top 10 receiver across from him and a QB that runs a sub 4.4, is capable of hitting 60+% on 20+ yard passes while being protected by a Joe Moore award finalist group of Olinemen, you too can have the top offense in the nation.

ND will never have the type of talent LSU does so they won’t be the #1 offense. The part that bothers me is the timing. Waiting on an OL that’s committing today and in the middle of bowl prep it’s definitely a distraction.

You mean the same ND fans that laughed at LSU when they hired Denbrock?

Congrats to Denbrook! I am glad he got what he wanted. We will be fine either way! I am confident that his replacement will be equal or better

Why would they be laughing? They told us he sucked and ran a vanilla offense. Now they want him back? If anything we should be laughing

Notre Dame fans are still butthurt and are still coping. They'll fail but try to turn this into an lol, but truth is we understand Denbrock wants to go "home," and we thank him for his contributions.

Before JD5 hit his stride the offense was unimpressive to say the least.

I like Denbrock and felt his play calling was pretty good but this offense was all JD5.

ND fan here. You're underestimating how Coach Freeman is upgrading our recruiting, and his use of the portal has been elite. Our OC this year was mediocre and our receiving corps was decimated by injuries. 2024 looks very promising.
