Good Morning y'all.
New neighbors. They renovated the house next door and moved in before Christmas. They have 4 kids below teenage and 5 dogs. In a small way, them being there is an early Christmas present for me, since we "live in the woods" and theirs is the only house within a half mile.

Nah. Kids are well behaved, but jury is out on how they will behave once puberty hits the kids. Dad is ex-military and runs a tight ship.
Their renovations brought thieves. Thieves stole appliances, tools and a zero-turn mower from them over a 2 week period.
The thieves also robbed another house just down the road.
